As mentioned in our last post, Matteo has been working on his comparison of The Bronx, New York and La Villette in Paris since the summer of 2015. It was this year that Matteo was in The Bronx, taking photos of the people that call The Bronx home with the help of Alexandra Maruri of Bronx Historical Tours.
This summer, Matteo continued with this project by exploring the La Villette neighborhood in Paris. He captured the people there in their daily lives, very similar to the photos taken in The Bronx.
This fall, in the 19e arrondissement in Paris, the comparison of the photos will be exhibited beginning on Friday October 4 until Friday October 28 at the Bibliothèque Claude Levi-Strauss.
The opening will be Saturday October 8.

We hope to see you there !
